Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure no miscommunication
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Report office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- UAE work experience in similar role for at least 1 year
- Proficiency in English with clear pronunciation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Hindi speaking is a plus

Overview
- As a Front Desk Officer cum Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
- Duties include offering administrative support across the company.

Qualifications
- UAE Work experience in similar job role for at least 1 Year
- Proficiency in English, solid written and verbal communication skills
- Speaking Hindi is not a must but it is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
