Role Overview
We are looking for a
professional and well-presented Receptionist
to manage front desk operations on a
temporary basis
.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
- front desk
- and act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Greet and assist guests in a
- professional and courteous manner
- Handle
- incoming calls
- , route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Maintain
- visitor logs
- and ensure compliance with office protocols
- Coordinate
- meeting room bookings
- and ensure rooms are set up as required
- Support with
- basic administrative tasks
- (data entry, document handling, filing)
- Manage
- courier services
- , incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
- Assist internal teams with
- coordination and scheduling support
- Ensure the reception area is
- clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a
- receptionist/front desk/admin role
- Strong
- communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to
- multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Immediate availability is
- preferred
