Role Overview

We are looking for a

professional and well-presented Receptionist

to manage front desk operations on a

temporary basis

.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
  • front desk
  • and act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients
  • Greet and assist guests in a
  • professional and courteous manner
  • Handle
  • incoming calls
  • , route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
  • Maintain
  • visitor logs
  • and ensure compliance with office protocols
  • Coordinate
  • meeting room bookings
  • and ensure rooms are set up as required
  • Support with
  • basic administrative tasks

  • Manage
  • courier services
  • , incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
  • Assist internal teams with

  • Ensure the reception area is
  • clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a
  • receptionist/front desk/admin role
  • Strong
  • communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to
  • multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Immediate availability is
  • preferred
