Hiring: Receptionist/BDC Admin

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We're looking for a customer-focused BDC Administrator/Receptionist to join our Service Department. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping create a welcoming experience and keep our service team running smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and making a positive impact every day, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

Be a friendly voice for our customers by answering incoming calls and helping connect them with the information they need.

Keep repair orders moving by opening, updating, and closing them.

Process customer payments and help manage daily deposits.

Keep customers informed with repair updates and communication throughout the repair process.

Help ensure a smooth customer experience by tracking surveys, event logs, and delivery commitments.

Make sure repair documentation is complete and organized.

Work with managersb and support teams to improve processes and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of customer service

Help people and create a positive customer experience.

Confidence handling payments and cash transactions.

Basic math skills and processing information.

A team-first mindset with a desire to contribute to a fun, productive workplace.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
