This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-facing, fast-paced showroom environment and takes pride in creating strong first impressions.
You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.

Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area at all times.
Administrative & Sales Team Support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver high standards of hospitality and customer service across all interactions.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a busy reception area.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
