Overview

An Engineering Consultancy and Interior Design Company in the UAE is looking for a professional Receptionist & Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and handling front desk operations.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintaining office records and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or accounting support.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
  • Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or interior design companies is an advantage.
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
  • Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
