Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications for the position of

Visitors Receptionist

to support front-office and guest reception services across the UAE.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure experience while supporting daily front-desk operations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Experience handling high volumes of visitors or incoming calls is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage front-desk operations efficiently
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems or front-office software is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems
  • UAE Nationals and Sons/Daughters of UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
