This is a part-time remote role for a Receptionist at RAC Outsourcing.
The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing phone communications, executing front desk duties, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, greeting clients or customers virtually, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless client or team experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and skilled in professional communication
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as handling appointments and scheduling
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and data entry
- Excellence in Communication and the ability to clearly exchange information
- Customer Service expertise, ensuring positive client interactions and support
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Adaptability and time management skills
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
