Omorfia Group is hiring customer-oriented Receptionists for Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and supports client reception and daily salon operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally; manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins.
- Respond to calls, messages, and inquiries; provide service, promotion, and membership information.
- Process payments and maintain daily cash and transaction records.
- Coordinate with the salon team, keep reception presentable, and support branch administration and operations.
- Handle client feedback professionally and help resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous reception, front-office, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Salon, spa, beauty, or wellness experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organization and multitasking; comfortable using computers and booking systems.
- Friendly, confident, professional customer-service approach; flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month, plus attractive commissions.
