Receptionist
About This Role
We are hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our beauty salon team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in handling front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in UAE or more
- Customer service / client-facing experience is required
- POS system experience preferred
- Beauty salon experience is an advantage
- Must be available to join immediately
- Good Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Handle bookings, appointments, and walk-ins
- Manage payments and billing using POS system
- Answer customer inquiries and support salon operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
