We are entering a market with significant unmet demand and a clear gap at the premium end.

Our patients are discerning, privacy-conscious couples who expect the same standards they would receive in London or Geneva - without leaving the Kingdom.

The Patient Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading and optimising the patient acquisition function to drive high-quality enquiries, strong conversion performance, and revenue growth.

This role manages the Patient Acquisition Team (*known as Fertility Care Advisors*) and ensures a consistent, high-performing, patient-centric sales experience from first contact through to treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks

  • Providing high-end reception, accurate data registration, and seamless patient flow to designated clinics.
  • Expertly managing scheduling (bookings & confirmations) to prevent overlaps
  • and strictly minimize wait times.
  • Handling POS transactions, issuing tax invoices, and securing immediate
  • insurance authorizations with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance (Uniform) and ensuring the reception
  • area remains organized and welcoming.
  • Resolving patient concerns and responding to all inquiries with clarity and poise.
  • Submitting daily operational reports and coordinating effectively between doctors,
  • nursing, and labs.

- Saudi National Only

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in high level hospital or hotel settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional level of English language
