Role Description
The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Z.
Sports in Dubai.
This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and bookings, answering phone and in-person inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas or staff members.
The Receptionist will handle basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting front desk administration.
Daily duties also include providing accurate information about facilities, events, and services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinating with coaching, operations, and café teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Solid front desk experience, including Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette.
- Basic administrative capabilities, including Clerical Skills and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a busy sports and lifestyle environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- Prior experience in hospitality, sports clubs, or leisure facilities is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or administrative training is beneficial.
