Reception & Sales Executive

Location: JLT - Dubai

Are you energetic, people-focused, and passionate about fitness? We’re looking for a Reception & Sales Executive to be the face of our gym and help grow our community.

If you enjoy connecting with people, closing sales, and being part of a high-energy environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Drive new memberships through walk-ins, calls, and outreach
• Follow up on leads from events, campaigns, and referrals
• Build relationships with clients and corporate partners
• Manage leads and sales activity using CRM tools (training provided)
• Support daily reception operations and overall member experience
• Handle administrative tasks and front desk operations efficiently
• Work closely with the Gym Manager to hit sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, administration, or customer service (fitness industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Organized with strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of gym software such as Glofox is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and basic computer systems
• Comfortable with follow-ups and closing sales
• Passion for fitness, health, and community building
• Flexible to work shifts and travel between JLT & Arjan
