Reception cum Sales

About This Role

Face Off Fitness is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales cum Receptionist to be the face of our gym. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our members while actively driving revenue through membership sales, renewals, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate is a "people person" with a sharp sales instinct and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Customer Experience:

• Greet members and guests with high energy and professionalism.
• Manage the check-in process and ensure all member data is up to date in our system.
• Handle phone inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and lounge area.

2. Sales & Lead Generation:

• Conduct gym tours for prospective members and "close" membership sales.
• Follow up with "leads" and "missed guests" via calls and messaging.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and renewal KPIs.
• Promote personal training packages and supplement sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Reception, or Customer Service (Experience in the Fitness/Gym industry in the UAE is a major plus).
• Communication: Fluent in English (Verbal & Written). Ability to speak Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a strong advantage.
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, and physically fit (as you represent our brand).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Gym Management Software, POS systems, and WhatsApp Business.
• Availability: Flexible to work in shifts (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
