Receiving Lead
Role Overview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible to ensure all incoming materials adhere to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QSM) and Quality Management System (QMS).- Receive items in corridor system, Pentagon MRO, and Distribution.- Verify P/N and S/N on items being shipped to and from AerSale.- Keep track of parts in Quarantine cage.- Supervise Receiving Dept to ensure all Receiving Inspectors are on task and following all Receiving procedures and processes.-Ensure Receiving Queue workload is processed in order received and in a timely manner.- Must be available to be the Point of Contact for the Receiving Dept via Email and Phone.- As well as other duties assigned.

- Abilities and Skills: - Typing skills must be at least 35 wpm.- Attention to detail is imperative.- Must be able to multi-task.- Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
