Receiving Clerk - Full Time

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming purchase orders and count packages against packing slips.
• Stock merchandise from the back room to the sales floor; fold, repackage, sort, face, and re-hang new products.
• Replenish departments, including facing and hanging merchandise.
• Check floors for cleaning, price and signage updates, inventory, minimum/maximum settings, full shelves, and security tags.
• Assist with merchandise purges when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and a customer-service-oriented team approach.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with customers and business contacts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise boxes.
• Steel-toe work boots are required.
• Must be able to obtain a PAL licence.
