Receiving Champion

Receive and open shipments; verify packing slips and order contents for accuracy

Ensure correct quantities, expiry dates, and product quality during intake

Accurately log, tag, and organize stock using handheld scanners or inventory systems

Stage, shelve, and distribute inventory to appropriate departments

Unload and load delivery vehicles when necessary

Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing items

Pick and prepare orders based on product number, size, quantity, and quality requirements

Replenish floor stock and storage shelves based on real-time product flow

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, ladders) safely and as trained

Maintain order fulfillment efficiency and track inventory movement

Support markdowns, floor change-outs, and transfers as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free stockroom and receiving area

Follow all safety regulations, lifting protocols, and handling procedures

Execute daily, opening, and closing warehouse checklists

Assist with general warehouse duties (e.g., garbage removal, station cleaning)

Contribute to shrink reduction by maintaining accurate product tracking

Completion of required Lessonly training modules

Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives

Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

Detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining order and accuracy

A dependable team player who values structure and accountability
