Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the latest DSLR cameras and master gimbal technology to capture high-quality photos and videos that accentuate property features.
- Develop engaging visual content that aligns with marketing strategies, highlighting property assets and appealing to target audiences.
- Work closely with real estate agents to understand their vision and ensure visual content complements marketing strategies effectively.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots efficiently, managing time effectively while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in real estate photography and videography.
- Ensure all photography equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography, showcasing a portfolio of previous work in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
- Proficiency in using DSLR cameras and gimbal technology.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography and videography work.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adhere to brand guidelines.
