Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and organized **Real Estate Telecaller cum Administrative Assistant** to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to generate qualified leads, and possess strong administrative abilities to support the daily operations of a real estate brokerage.

This role requires someone who can effectively balance lead generation with office administration while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilitiestelecalling & Lead Generation

  • Make daily outbound calls to property owners, buyers, landlords, and prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified sales and rental leads through cold calling.
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain relationships.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
  • Update and maintain the CRM with accurate client information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain call records and prepare daily activity reports.

Real Estate Administrative Support

  • Prepare property listings and upload them to portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photographs, and required documents.
  • Manage property inventory and ensure listings remain accurate and updated.
  • Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare real estate documentation.
  • Assist in processing sales and rental transactions.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, and clients regarding documentation and approvals.
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle emails and office correspondence.
  • Support management with daily administrative tasks and reporting.

Office Administration

  • Maintain office records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations when required.
  • Coordinate utility payments, office supplies, and general office operations.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in UAE real estate telecalling or real estate administration is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
