As we continue building our team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the real estate industry and can help us attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while playing a key role in building and strengthening Expora’s team.
The successful candidate will focus primarily on recruiting real estate professionals and supporting the company’s growth through strategic hiring.
This role requires someone who understands the UAE real estate market, knows where to find top-performing talent, and has hands-on experience recruiting within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality real estate professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Monitor hiring performance and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment is required.
- Candidates without prior real estate recruitment experience will not be considered.
- Previous experience recruiting real estate brokers, property consultants, sales advisors, or similar real estate positions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a real estate brokerage company in the UAE.
- Existing network of real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and applicant tracking systems.
