Job Title: Real Estate Specialist & Office Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Real Estate Specialist & Office Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will combine strong real estate knowledge with excellent administrative, hospitality, and guest relations skills to support daily business operations and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Create, publish, and maintain real estate advertisements across online and offline platforms.
- Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Welcome clients and visitors, providing exceptional guest relations and hospitality services.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, property viewings, and company events.
- Maintain property listings and update databases accurately.
- Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Organize filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating and managing advertisements, marketing materials, and property listings.
- Excellent guest relations, customer service, and hospitality skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
