Overview
The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for managing various aspects of locations and real estate operations.
This includes conducting research, analyzing data, tracking rental payments, preparing reports, and utilizing computer applications.
Archiving contracts and linking them with reports are also part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and analyzing new locations for leasing and potential investment opportunities.
- Collecting and analyzing real estate rates data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Scheduling and monitoring rental payments to ensure timely payment.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of locations and rental payments.
- Utilizing relevant platforms and applications for location management and data recording.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of location-related documents and contracts.
- Linking contracts with relevant reports and data periodically.
- Coordinating site survey for selected locations, raising maintenance and preparation request for the location owner.
- Assisting in lease negotiations and preparing lease agreements.
- Managing tenant relations and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Saudi real estate regulations and others.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of location marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support both parties.
- Collaborating on real estate market trends, analyzing the financial performance of locations, and making future projections.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and any other tasks related to the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in location management or real estate marketing.
- Strong Analytical, Negotiation, Organizational and Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to real estate and others.
- FAL License is preferred
