The Real Estate Specialist position provides overall support for real estate development, acquisitions, property tax implementation and management related to both on and off Reservation property transfers. This position will provide public services by Administering Tribal titles and regulations governing Real Estate Excise Tax and Land Occupation Use Tax processes.

JOB SUMMARY
The Real Estate Specialist position provides overall support for real estate development, acquisitions, property tax implementation and management related to both on and off Reservation property transfers. This position will provide public services by Administering Tribal titles and regulations governing Real Estate Excise Tax and Land Occupation Use Tax processes.
COMPENSATION
- $27.62 hr.
- MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent .
- Associate Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Community Development or related field . *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of working experience with confidential documents and information
Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs
One (1) year of experience utilizing communication and public relations skills
Experience in Property Management/Real Estate or related field. Preferred
SKILLS TESTING
- Math
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Automobile Insurance)
Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
