MesterTeam Real Estate is a leading property management and real estate consultancy firm in Qatar, offering tailored solutions for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, and solution-oriented Real Estate Solutions Consultant to join our team in Doha.
You will help clients find the perfect property solutions while building long-term relationships.
What You'Ll Do
- Advise clients on property purchases, rentals, leases, and investments.
- Identify client needs and provide customized real estate solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Doha real estate market, trends, and pricing.
- Prepare and manage property listings, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal teams for contract finalization and registration.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and investors.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.** Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar real estate laws and regulations.
- Nice to Have:
- Real estate certification (RERA, CPDE, or similar).
- Experience in luxury or commercial property segments.
- Existing client network in Doha.
