Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead, manage, and support a team of real estate agents.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving company targets, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
- Generate leads and assist the team in converting prospects into clients.
- Conduct daily meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all agents follow company policies, procedures, and UAE real estate regulations.
- Support agents during negotiations and property closing processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
