Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead, manage, and support a team of real estate agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving company targets, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
  • Generate leads and assist the team in converting prospects into clients.
  • Conduct daily meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all agents follow company policies, procedures, and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Support agents during negotiations and property closing processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and sales processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
