Role overview
Sales leader responsible for residential apartment project sales.
The role requires residential real estate sales, developer/project sales, and team-management experience.
Experience and candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience is stated.
- The ideal-candidate profile separately lists 10+ years of experience.
- Strong residential apartment or flat sales experience is requested.
- Developer/primary project sales is preferred.
- Residential channel sales and villa or luxury residential project backgrounds may also be considered.
- Senior Sales Manager or Sales Head experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential property sales team and drive sales targets.
- Manage sales from lead generation to final closure and monitor pipeline follow-up.
- Guide customer enquiries and site visits, handle negotiations, and support deal closure.
- Build customer and channel-partner relationships and track team performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹1,000,000–₹1,300,000 per year.
- Provident Fund is listed as a benefit.
