Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager (With Own Team)

We are currently expanding our operations and looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager who brings an established team of agents to grow with us.

Lead and manage your own existing team of real estate agents to achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Oversee team listings on property portals and ensure high-quality documentation.

Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to secure exclusive deals.

Drive CRM usage within your team to maintain accurate client records and follow-ups.

**Experience:** Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.

**Team:** Must have an active team of agents ready to join.

**Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, RERA laws, and sales processes.

**Skills:** Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM management skills.

**Language:** Professional English communication (Additional languages are a plus).
