Real Estate Sales Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, handle high-profile clients, conduct viewings, and close personal real estate deals.
• Lead by example through consistent deal closures and achievement of sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor real estate agents.
• Coach agents in the field on negotiations, pitch meetings, and closing strategies.
• Set daily and weekly routines, track the pipeline, and establish performance metrics.
• Optimize sales funnels, scripts, objection handling, and CRM workflows to improve conversion.
• Follow market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5+ years of successful real estate sales experience and a verifiable closing record.
• Experience managing, coaching, or leading agents, or strong readiness to take on team leadership.
• Self-starting, autonomous approach with independent problem-solving and ownership.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to earn through commission, performance bonuses, and financial growth.

Compensation

• Full-time, commission-based role with a negotiable base component.
• Advertised pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
• Compensation includes commission on personal sales and potential overrides or bonuses on team sales.
