Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in the Dubai.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and managing client meetings to understand property needs and budgets.
Daily tasks include presenting and promoting available properties, negotiating offers and contracts, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the company鈥檚 CRM, staying updated on local market trends and property listings, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
The Real Estate Sales Executive is expected to provide consistent follow-up, deliver professional customer service, and represent the company鈥檚 brand and values in all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively source, develop, and manage a pipeline of Russian-speaking clients including investors, end-users, and overseas buyers
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Present and promote off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties across Dubai to qualified prospects
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Conduct property viewings, investment briefings, and deal negotiations with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company KPIs
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including pricing trends, developer projects, and regulatory requirements
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Russian-speaking market
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Provide after-sales support, ensuring seamless handover and ongoing client satisfaction
鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
Represent Solomon Group UAE at property expos, roadshows, and networking events both locally and internationally
Requirements
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian (spoken and written); English proficiency is essential
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or the GCC
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, including freehold areas, developer projects, and investment regulations
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining)
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- 鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅燶n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
