Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
- Understand property requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Present property options, negotiate offers, and support clients through the sales process.
- Stay current on Dubai property trends and investment opportunities; achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced commission-driven environment.
- Cabin crew experience is highly preferred; previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain relevant UAE real estate broker certification and licensing if not already held.
