About The Role
Fancy Homes Real Estate is looking for a high-performance Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market division.
This is not a traditional job — this is a leadership opportunity to build, manage, and monetize your own sales team within a fast-growing brokerage.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a team of 20+ real estate agents
- Focus on secondary market (ready properties)
- Drive team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents
- Monitor KPIs: listings, viewings, closings
- Create a strong sales culture and accountability system
- Personally close high-value deals

(First 1–2 Months)
- Attractive override plus Commission-only phase
- Focus: building your team (20 agents)
- Full management support from company
- During this phase:
- You earn from your own deals
- You start building your override income

Phase 2 – After Team Activation
- Once your team is fully structured and performing:
- Attractive Fixed salary
- Continue earning override commission
- Continue earning from your own

Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to recruit agents independently
- Track record in closing deals
- Target-driven and business-minded
- UAE driving license preferred
