Job Title: Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist

About Us

Palinoia Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and primary market sales across the UAE.

We work closely with top developers and provide our agents with strong marketing support, quality leads, and continuous training to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
  • Generate leads through networking, social media, and client referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site tours.
  • Stay updated with the latest project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in UAE off-plan real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Must be currently in the UAE.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
