• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Negotiate and close sales and rental transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, communities, and developer launches
• Prepare and manage documentation (Form A, Form B, Form I, tenancy contracts, etc.)
• Represent Better Options Real Estate with professionalism, integrity, and client‑first service
• 🔹 Eligibility Criteria
• We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Must‑Have

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate

OR

• strong sales background with willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and a results‑driven mindset
• Familiarity with Dubai communities and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license & own car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Nice to Have
• Multilingual abilities (English + Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, Urdu, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems
