Role Description

The Real Estate Sales Consultant at OdevSaud is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

The consultant will manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, property viewings, and closing transactions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on market trends and property values, and preparing and presenting offers and contracts in line with company policies and local regulations.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure accurate listings, smooth transaction processing, and timely documentation.

The consultant will also participate in regular training and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings, legal requirements, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market dynamics and property valuation fundamentals.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations.
  • Experience in Training, either receiving or delivering sales and real estate-related training, to continuously improve performance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads and documentation.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the Doha real estate market is an advantage.
