We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident in closing deals and want to maximize their earning potential through a highly competitive commission structure.

Your Responsibilities
- Follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
- Conduct client consultations and property presentations
- Build relationships with buyers and investors
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a strong sales background preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
- Candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred
Compensation
- Commission-only role
- Competitive 50/50 commission split
- Uncapped earning potential
- Qualified leads provided by the company
