About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Understand property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Present residential properties and real estate projects professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage sales inquiries.
• Build knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate sector.
• Provide customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Arabic and English are both listed as preferred in a separate language field; the role description specifically requires Arabic fluency.
• Real Estate Broker License is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 3,000–100,000 per month.
