Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, an existing network within the industry, and experience working across both off-plan and secondary market properties.

This role is suited for ambitious professionals who are driven by results, enjoy building client relationships, and are looking to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property sales opportunities across off-plan and secondary markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry stakeholders
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings
  • Negotiate and close property transactions
  • Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity
  • Create and participate in on-camera content for social media and brand promotion
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge and industry awareness

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of active Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Strong existing network within the Dubai real estate market
  • Experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions
  • Valid UAE driving licence
  • Own vehicle
  • Own laptop
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
