Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Sales Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, property viewings, and negotiation to closure.

Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, and presenting suitable residential or commercial options.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date listings, coordinating with property owners and developers, and preparing contracts and documentation in line with regulatory standards.

The agent will provide ongoing customer service before and after sales, attend meetings and property launches, and represent the company in a professional and consultative manner.

Consistent use of CRM tools, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with the broader team to meet and exceed sales targets are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, ideally with knowledge of Dubai’s property regulations and trends.
  • Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle enquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including flexibility to conduct viewings and client meetings outside standard office hours as needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for managing leads, listings, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred; a background in the Dubai market is a plus.
