Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Sales Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property listing, client meetings, viewings, and closing transactions.

Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts and related documents.

The role involves maintaining an updated portfolio of properties, coordinating with developers and property owners, and following up with potential buyers to build a strong sales pipeline.

The Real Estate Sales Agent will also be expected to provide high-quality customer service, maintain accurate records in company systems, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven Real Estate Sales experience and strong overall Real Estate market knowledge.
  • Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with local property regulations in Dubai.
  • Customer Service and client relationship management skills.
  • Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and lead conversion abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and transactions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate or a similar market is preferred.
