Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Sales Agent will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.

The role includes preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and supporting clients with documentation and contract signing in compliance with local regulations.

The agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including current listings, pricing trends, and community developments.

Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate and Real Estate Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid Real Estate License in Dubai (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) and familiarity with local real estate regulations.
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals professionally.
  • Ability to manage property listings, conduct market research, and present investment opportunities clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with on-site client meetings, property tours, and a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Dubai.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and standard office software to manage leads and listings.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric mindset aligned with the company’s values.
  • Previous real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
