Real Estate Agents for Off- Plan and Secondary Market Agents
AZ Capital Real Estate is looking for ambitious and skilled real estate brokers to join our elite team in Dubai!
This is a full-time, perfect for passionate sales professionals ready to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Become a local community expert
- Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and close negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay current with Dubai’s real estate trends and pricing
- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns

What You Need
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
- Valid UAE residency and driver’s license (preferred)
