Role Overview

Compensation

• Compensation is commission-only with an attractive commission structure.

Requirements

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and the property market.
• Experience in property sales and/or leasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Existing property inventory or listings is highly preferred.
• An existing landlord, buyer, or investor network is advantageous.
• A valid RERA BRN is advantageous.
• Candidates must be willing to work on a commission-only basis.

Interview

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease real estate properties in the Dubai market.
• Close real estate sales and leasing deals.
• Market verified property inventory and listings through the company platform.
• Use landlord, buyer, and investor relationships to develop business opportunities.
• Promote company projects and available property opportunities.
• Participate in the company’s sales team and business growth activities.
