Job Summary
The Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, promoting company properties and services, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify potential buyers and investors and understand their property requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Provide expert advice on available properties and market trends.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
Property Marketing & Viewings
- Promote properties through approved marketing channels.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Present property features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients throughout the buying process.
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and submit offers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Follow up until successful deal closure.
CRM & Reporting
- Update client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Monitor new property launches and investment opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of company projects and available inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

- Number of leads generated.
- Number of property viewings conducted.
- Number of deals closed.
- Sales revenue achieved.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- CRM data accuracy and follow-up activities.
