Real Estate Sales Agent
About This Role
La Verde Property Management is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our real estate services, including property leasing, sales, and management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
- Promote and market available properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and present offers to clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
