Overview

La Verde Property Management is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our real estate services, including property leasing, sales, and management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
  • Promote and market available properties to potential buyers and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and present offers to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role in the UAE
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
