Role Description
Olena Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Daily responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, closing deals, and staying up to date with market trends.
The Real Estate Sales Agent will also guide clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process, providing professional advice and ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales
• Valid Real Estate License (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly preferred
