Role Description

The Real Estate Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role supports the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing and processing sales documents, maintaining accurate property listings, and updating client records in internal systems.

The position involves coordinating property viewings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person to ensure a smooth client experience.

The Real Estate Sales Administrator also assists with drafting basic sales correspondence, compiling reports, and supporting the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.

Collaboration with agents, clients, and external partners is essential to ensure timely follow-up and efficient completion of transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in real estate, with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts applicable to the Dubai market.
  • Valid or eligible Real Estate License in the relevant jurisdiction, or willingness to obtain one if required.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle inquiries professionally, and support closing activities.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or real estate management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with a diverse team, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property administration, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated applicants.
