We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated, professional Real Estate Sales Agents who are ready to build a successful career in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, market consultations, and sales presentations.
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
