WE ARE HIRING — Recruitment Specialist (Real Estate Agents) | Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist focused on hiring Real Estate Agents and building a strong agent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview Real Estate Agents
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified agents
- Meet monthly hiring targets for agent onboarding
Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience recruiting Real Estate Brokers and Agents within the Dubai real estate market
- A strong network within the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; British English proficiency is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet recruitment targets
