What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment for property consultants and internal roles
- Source and connect with high-performing agents in the market
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on real performance, not just CVs
- Build a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified brokers
- Support onboarding and contribute to team growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience in a Dubai real estate company
- Strong network within the brokerage market
- Experience hiring real estate agents is a must
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
