As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our partnership network across Dubai’s real estate sector and are seeking an experienced professional with an established property industry network.

Position Summary
The Real Estate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with real estate agents, brokerage firms, property management companies, holiday home operators, developers, and landlord communities.
The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified project opportunities and recurring revenue through partnership channels while positioning We Wrap as the preferred property upgrade solution across Dubai.

Partnership Development
- Establish and manage relationships with real estate agencies and brokerage firms.
- Develop referral partnerships with property managers and holiday home operators.
- Build relationships with developers and developer sales teams.
- Create and maintain relationships with landlord and community groups.
- Identify strategic B2B opportunities that generate recurring project referrals.
Business Development
- Generate qualified leads and project opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote We Wrap’s services to industry partners and their clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and referral arrangements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and business development plan.
