We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Marketing Manager in Riyadh City with deep expertise in the Saudi property market and a proven track record in planning and executing real estate auctions.
The successful candidate will lead the marketing team, define go-to-market strategies, run integrated campaigns, and cultivate strong relationships with developers, investors, and government bodies — driving measurable results across every stage of the property lifecycle.
1. Strategic Real Estate Marketing
– Develop and own the end-to-end marketing plan for projects
– Analyze market trends, benchmark competitors, and surface actionable investment opportunities
– Produce marketing feasibility studies and detailed target-audience reports
– Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, individual investors, and institutional funds
2. Real Estate Auction Management
– Plan and oversee both live and online auction sessions in compliance with REGA regulations
– Prepare auction dossiers, terms-and-conditions documentation, and all required legal paperwork
– Coordinate with certified appraisers and legal counsel to safeguard procedural integrity
– Manage the database of prospective buyers and pre-qualified bidders
– Supervise participant registration and eligibility verification
– Follow through on post-auction processes: contract execution, title transfer, and financial settlement
– Establish partnerships with REGA-accredited online auction platforms
3. Marketing Campaigns & Events
– Direct the design and delivery of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels
– Lead the company's presence at property exhibitions and investment forums
– Steward the marketing budget and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
– Coach, mentor, and grow the marketing team
– Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership
4. Digital Real Estate Marketing
– Oversee social media channels and digital sales platforms.
– Drive a content strategy that includes virtual-reality property tours and 3D visualizations
– Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Snapchat
– Optimize SEO performance for the corporate website and all listing platforms
Mandatory Requirements
– Bachelor’s in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
– Minimum 5 years of real estate marketing experience within the Saudi market
– Documented experience planning and conducting real estate auctions in the Kingdom
– Thorough knowledge of REGA regulations, the Title Registration System, and auction bylaws
– Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English — spoken and written
– Valid Real Estate Broker / Marketer License (REGA-accredited)
Technical Skills
– Hands-on experience with real estate CRM systems.
– Proficiency in digital advertising platforms — Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
– Competence in reporting and analytics tools — Power BI and advanced Excel
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
– Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
– Advanced negotiation skills with senior investors and large-scale developers
– Calm under pressure with strong multi-project management discipline
– Well-established professional network across the Saudi real estate sector
